The bathroom design leaves much to be desired with outdated fixtures!!! Noise from the outside is bothersome, especially in rooms facing the street. Also, finding dining options nearby can be quite a challenge!!!

Everything was amazing! The staff exceeded expectations, showing incredible hospitality from check-in to check-out. Our room in the Deluxe King Room with Balcony and Park View was both modern and cozy. The spa was a highlight with fantastic facilities that provided a wonderful escape. Special touches included a delightful welcome drink and attentive service at the bar. However, the lack of in-room dining options was disappointing. The cleanliness was top-notch, but I did have minor issues with what seemed to be slow service at times when ordering snacks. These did not overshadow our generally positive experience, but it's crucial for improvement. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully with an enhanced dining experience.

I stayed for a couple of nights to explore the beautiful sights around, and I was completely charmed by the enchanting atmosphere. The breakfast area was enormous and offered fantastic food—the pastries were a standout! The large terrace was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day, especially with the beautiful park views. The location made visiting attractions like the Little Venice area and the Museum of Toys incredibly easy, all just a short stroll away.
